{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-103a.8b","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 103A.8B","heading":"Sustainable design or green building standards.","body":"The commissioner, after consulting with and receiving recommendations from the department of natural resources, shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A specifying standards and requirements for sustainable design and construction based upon or incorporating nationally recognized ratings, certifications, or classification systems, and procedures relating to documentation of compliance.
