Except as provided in subsections 2 and 3, a psychologist shall not administer or prescribe drugs or medicine.\n2. A licensed psychologist holding a conditional prescription certificate may prescribe psychotropic medication under the supervision of a licensed physician pursuant to this chapter.\n3.
