The department of health and human services acting under chapter 135, or a local board of health acting under chapter 137, may demand that a raw milk producer provide it with all records required to be kept by the raw milk producer as provided in section 195.6, including any of the following:\na. The coliform count and standard plate count of dairy animals maintained by the raw dairy producer at a raw milk dairy.\nb. The administration of antibiotic drugs to dairy animals maintained by the dairy producer at a raw milk dairy.\n2.
