{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-225.33","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 225.33","heading":"Death of patient — disposal of body.","body":"When a committed public patient or a voluntary public patient or a committed private patient dies while at the state psychiatric hospital or at the university hospital, the state psychiatric hospital shall have the body prepared for shipment in accordance with the rules prescribed by the department of health and human services for shipping such bodies.
