In addition to requirements stated in section 232.2, subsection 6, the plan shall also include but not be limited to:\n1. Time frames to meet the stated permanency goal and short-term objectives.\n2. The care and services that will be provided to the child, biological parents, the child’s fictive kin, and foster parents.\n3. The efforts to place the child with a relative or fictive kin.\n4.
