{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-321.334","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 321.334","heading":"Penalties.","body":"A person shall be fined not less than one dollar nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense, if the person does any of the following:\n1. Carries a cane or walking stick such as is prescribed in section 321.332, but contrary to the provisions of this chapter.\n2. Fails to heed the approach of a person lawfully carrying a cane or walking stick that is white in color or white tipped with red, or who is being led by a guide dog.\n3.
