A manufacturer or distributor shall not sell a new towable recreational vehicle in this state to or through a towable recreational vehicle dealer without first entering into a manufacturer-dealer agreement with the dealer that has been signed by both parties. A dealer shall not sell a new towable recreational vehicle in this state without first entering into a manufacturer-dealer agreement with a manufacturer or distributor that has been signed by both parties.\n2. Except as provided in subsection 3, a manufacturer-dealer agreement shall designate the community exclusively assigned to a dealer by the manufacturer or distributor, and the manufacturer or distributor shall not change the community or contract with another dealer for the sale of the same line-make of towable recreational vehicle in the community for the duration of the agreement.\n3.
