{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-359.6","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 359.6","heading":"Petition — remonstrance.","body":"A petition under section 359.5 shall be accompanied by the affidavit of three eligible electors, to the effect that all of the signatures to the petition are genuine, and that the signers thereof are all eligible electors of the township, residing outside the corporate limits of the city.
