A person who operates a motorboat or sailboat after the person has been ordered, pursuant to section 462A.14 or 462A.14B, not to operate a motorboat or sailboat commits a serious misdemeanor, punishable with a jail term and a mandatory fine of one thousand dollars.\n2.
