The secretary of state shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this subsection are delivered to the secretary of state for filing:\n DOCUMENT\t FEE\n a. Articles of incorporation \t $ 50\n b. Application for use of indistinguishable\n name \t $ 10\n c. Application for reserved name \t $ 10\n d. Notice of transfer of reserved name \t $ 10\n e. Application for registered name \t $ 20\n f. Application for renewal of registered\n name \t $ 20\n g. Corporation’s statement of change of\n registered agent or registered office or both \t No fee\n h. Agent’s statement of change of registered office\n for each affected corporation not to exceed\na total of \t No fee\n i. Agent’s statement of resignation \t No fee\n j. Articles of domestication \t $ 50\n k. Articles of conversion \t $ 50\n l. Amendment of articles of incorporation \t $ 50\n m. Restatement of articles of incorporation\n with amendment of articles \t $ 50\n n. Restatement of articles of incorporation\n without amendment of articles \t $ 50\n o. Articles of merger or share exchange \t $ 50\n p. Articles of dissolution \t $ 5\n q. Articles of revocation of dissolution \t $ 5\n r. Certificate of administrative dissolution \t No fee\n s. Application for reinstatement following\n administrative dissolution \t $ 5\n t. Certificate of reinstatement \t No fee\n u. Certificate of judicial dissolution \t No fee\n v. Foreign registration statement \t $ 100\n w. Amendment of foreign registration\n statement \t $ 100\n x. Statement of withdrawal \t $ 10\n y. Transfer of foreign registration statement \t $ 100\n z. Notice of termination of registration \t No fee\n aa. Articles of correction \t $ 5\n ab. Articles of validation \t $ 5\n ac. Application for certificate of existence or\nregistration\t $ 5\n ad. Biennial report\t $ 60\n ae. Any other document required or permitted to\nbe filed by this chapter\t $ 5\n2. The secretary of state shall collect a fee of five dollars each time process is served on the secretary of state under this chapter. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if such party prevails in the proceeding.\n3. The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign corporation:\na. One dollar a page for copying.\nb.
