Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state all of the following:\na. A registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business.\nb. A registered agent, which may be any of the following:\n(1) An individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office.\n(2) A domestic or foreign corporation or eligible entity whose business office is identical with the registered office and, in the case of a foreign corporation or foreign eligible entity, is registered to do business in this state.\n2.
