The commissioner shall, within thirteen days after the election, forward to the state commissioner one of the duplicate abstracts of votes for each of the following offices:\na. President and vice president of the United States.\nb. Senator in Congress.\nc. Representative in Congress.\nd. Governor and lieutenant governor.\ne. Senator or representative in the general assembly by districts.\nf. A state officer not otherwise specified above.\n2.
