For filing an application to do business, including all documents submitted in connection with the application, by a foreign or domestic company, or for filing an application for renewed authority, fifty dollars.\n2. For issuing to a foreign or domestic company a certificate of authority to do business or a renewed certificate of authority, fifty dollars.\n3. For filing amended articles of incorporation, fifty dollars.\n4. For issuing an amended certificate of authority, twenty-five dollars.\n5.
