An individual who applies for a nonresident license under this chapter and who was previously a licensed adjuster in another state that required an examination that included Iowa-specific statutes and administrative rules shall not be required to apply for examination under section 522C.8.\n2. An individual who relocates to this state and who was a licensed adjuster in another state that required an examination that included Iowa-specific statutes and administrative rules shall not be required to apply for examination under section 522C.8 if the individual submits an application for a resident adjuster license under section 522C.5A within ninety calendar days of establishing legal residency, and all of the following apply:\na. The individual is currently a licensed adjuster in the state from which the applicant relocated.\nb. The state from which the applicant relocated issues a certification that the applicant is licensed and in good standing.\nc.
