Filing for bankruptcy or reorganization.\n2. Reorganization of the business.\n3. Commencement of license revocation or any other civil or criminal proceedings by any other state or jurisdiction.\n4. The filing of a criminal indictment or complaint against the licensee or any of the licensee’s officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, employees, or agents.\n5.
