{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-538.4","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 538.4","heading":"Effect of tender.","body":"A tender of the property, as above provided, discharges the maker from the contract, and the property becomes vested in the payee or the payee’s assignee, and the payee or assignee may maintain an action therefor as in other cases.
