{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-582.4","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 582.4","heading":"Lien docket — fees.","body":"Every clerk of the district court shall maintain a hospital lien docket in which, upon the filing of any lien claim under the provisions of this chapter, the clerk shall enter the name of the injured person, the date of the accident, and the name of the hospital or other institution making the claim.
