Habitual or willful neglect of duty.\n2. Any disability preventing a proper discharge of the duties of the office.\n3. Gross partiality.\n4. Oppression.\n5. Extortion.\n6. Corruption.\n7. Willful misconduct or maladministration in office.\n8. Conviction of felony.\n9. A failure to produce and fully account for all public funds and property in the officer’s hands at any inspection or settlement.\n10.
