A person who commits an unlawful act under this subchapter and who causes pecuniary losses involving less than ten thousand dollars to a victim of the unlawful act is guilty of an aggravated misdemeanor.\n2. A person who commits an unlawful act under this subchapter and who causes pecuniary losses involving at least ten thousand dollars but less than fifty thousand dollars to a victim of the unlawful act is guilty of a class “D” felony.\n3.
