Reports of the following officials and departments shall cover the biennial period ending June 30 in each even-numbered year, and shall be filed as soon as practicable after the end of the reporting period:\na. Treasurer of state as to the condition of the treasury.\nb. Director of the department of education.\nc. Director of health and human services.\nd. Board of regents.\ne. State historical society board of trustees.\nf. Commission of libraries.\ng. Director of the department of natural resources.\nh. Adjutant general.\n2. The officials and departments required by this section to file reports shall submit the reports on standardized forms furnished by the director of the department of management.
