{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-8.12","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 8.12","heading":"Acceptance of funds.","body":"The department of management may receive and accept donations, grants, gifts, and contributions in the form of moneys, services, materials, or otherwise, from the United States or any of its agencies, from this state or any of its agencies, or from any other person, and expend such moneys, services, materials, or other contributions, or issue grants, in carrying out the operations of the department. All federal grants to and the federal receipts of the department are appropriated for the purpose set forth in such federal grants or receipts.
