A licensee or an employee of a licensee shall not use a badge in connection with the activities of the licensee’s business unless the badge has been prescribed or approved by the commissioner.\n2. A licensee or an employee of a licensee shall not use an identification card other than the card issued by the department or make a statement with the intent to give the impression that the licensee or employee is a peace officer.\n3. A uniform worn by a licensee or employee of a licensee shall conform with rules adopted by the commissioner.\n4. A bail enforcement agent other than a licensee shall not do any of the following:\na. Use a badge or identification card other than one which is in accordance with the laws of the state of origin.\nb.
