{"data":{"id":"us-ia/iowa-code-8a.201","jurisdiction":"us-ia","citation":"Iowa Code § 8A.201","heading":"Library services — definitions.","body":"As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:\n1. “Commission” means the commission of libraries.\n2. “State agency” means a legislative, executive, or judicial office of the state and all of its respective officers, departments, divisions, bureaus, boards, commissions, and committees, except the state institutions of higher education governed by the state board of regents.\n3. “State publications” means all multiply produced publications regardless of format, which are issued by a state agency and supported by public funds, but it does not include:\na. Correspondence and memoranda intended solely for internal use within the agency or between agencies.\nb.
