{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-15-12-118","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 15-12-118","heading":"Agent’s resignation — Notice.","body":"If a power of attorney does not provide the method for an agent’s resignation, an agent may resign by giving written notice to the principal and, if the principal is incapacitated:\n(1) To the conservator or guardian, if one (1) has been appointed for the principal, and a coagent or successor agent; or\n(2) If there is no person described in subsection (1) of this section, to:\n(a) The principal’s caregiver;\n(b) Another person reasonably believed by the agent to have sufficient interest in the principal’s welfare; or\n(c) A governmental agency having authority to protect the welfare of the principal.","path":["TITLE 15 UNIFORM PROBATE CODE","CHAPTER 12 UNIFORM POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT","PART 1.
