[effective january 1, 2027]","body":"(1) The court at any time may appoint a successor guardian or successor conservator.\n(2) A person entitled under section 15-5-202 or 15-5-302, Idaho Code, to petition the court to appoint a guardian may petition the court to appoint a successor guardian.
