{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-18-3302c","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 18-3302C","heading":"Prohibited conduct.","body":"Any person obtaining a license under the provisions of section 18-3302, Idaho Code, or carrying a concealed deadly weapon pursuant to the provisions of section 18-3302(4)(f), Idaho Code, shall not:\n(1) Carry a concealed weapon in a courthouse; juvenile detention facility or jail; public or private school, except as provided in subsection (4)(g) of section 18-3302D, Idaho Code; provided that this subsection shall not apply to:\n(a) Peace officers while acting within the scope of their employment;\n(b) Security personnel while actually engaged in their employment; or\n(c) Any person who is authorized to carry a weapon by a person, board or other entity having authority over the building or facility; or\n(2) Provide information on the application for a permit to carry a concealed weapon knowing the same to be untrue.\nAny person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS","CHAPTER 33 FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES AND OTHER DEADLY WEAPONS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title18/t18ch33/sect18-3302c/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:16:57Z","sha256":"d342feaf437875a209f9eeb426a78e05e842ded57a9aa73c63721231e9045257","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-18-3302b","next":"us-id/idaho-code-18-3302d"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
