{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-18-7604","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 18-7604","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Any person who violates subsection (1) of section 18-7603, Idaho Code, is guilty of a felony and upon conviction may be fined not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or imprisoned for not more than four (4) years, or both such fine and imprisonment.
