{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-18-8409","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 18-8409","heading":"Failure to register, penalties.","body":"(1) A juvenile sex offender who fails to register or provide notification of a change of name or address is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n(2) A parent of a juvenile sex offender commits the misdemeanor offense of failure to supervise a child if the offender fails to register or provide notification of a change of name or address as required by this section.
