{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-19-2713","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 19-2713","heading":"Proceedings when female supposed to be pregnant.","body":"If there is good reason to suppose that a female against whom a judgment of death is rendered is pregnant, the sheriff of the county, with the concurrence of the judge of the court by which the judgment was rendered, may summon a jury of three (3) physicians to inquire into the supposed pregnancy.
