{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-19-5702","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 19-5702","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, for purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:\n(1) \"Address\" means a residential street address of an individual as specified on the individual’s application to be a program participant under this chapter.\n(2) \"Domestic violence\" means an act pursuant to section 18-918, Idaho Code.\n(3) \"Human trafficking\" means an act pursuant to chapter 86, title 18, Idaho Code.\n(4) \"Malicious harassment\" means an act pursuant to section 18-7902, Idaho Code.\n(5) \"Program participant\" means a person certified as a program participant pursuant to section 19-5703, Idaho Code.\n(6) \"Sexual assault\" means an act pursuant to section 18-1506, 18-1508, 18-1508A or 18-6101, Idaho Code.\n(7) \"Stalking\" means an act pursuant to section 18-7905 or 18-7906, Idaho Code.","path":["TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE","CHAPTER 57 ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY FOR VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title19/t19ch57/sect19-5702/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:17:24Z","sha256":"00a1356df841b056ca99161af093324b332f93a2fcce0ec454bdbd93154cea46","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-19-5701","next":"us-id/idaho-code-19-5703"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
