{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-2-210","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 2-210","heading":"Names placed in prospective jury panel — Summoning additional trial jurors.","body":"(1) The jury commission shall maintain a prospective jury panel and shall place therein the names or identifying numbers of all prospective jurors drawn from the county jury list who are not disqualified under section 2-209, Idaho Code.\n(2) If there is an unanticipated shortage of available trial jurors drawn from a prospective jury panel, the court may require the sheriff to summon a sufficient number of trial jurors selected at random by the clerk from the county jury list in a manner prescribed by the court.
