{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-20-1018","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 20-1018","heading":"NOTICE OF granted PARDON, COMMUTATION, OR REMISSION OF FINES AND FORFEITURES.","body":"When, by action of the commission or the governor, a pardon, commutation, or remission of fines and forfeitures is granted as provided by law, the executive director shall:\n(1) Retain an original pardon, commutation, or remission of fines and forfeitures document at the commission;\n(2) File a copy of the original pardon, commutation, or remission of fines and forfeitures document in the office of the secretary of state;\n(3) Provide an original pardon, commutation, or remission of fines and forfeitures document to the individual petitioner;\n(4) File notice with the state courts, in a manner approved by the supreme court, that a pardon, commutation, or remission of fines and forfeitures has been granted in the case; and\n(5) Provide such additional notice that a pardon, commutation, or remission of fines and forfeitures has been granted as the commission may adopt by rule.","path":["TITLE 20 STATE PRISON AND COUNTY JAILS","CHAPTER 10 IDAHO COMMISSION OF PARDONS AND PAROLE"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title20/t20ch10/sect20-1018/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T12:52:44Z","sha256":"5fd97f5bfe10eafe94ab6b9695fcd0b5293b30962697414d652c36163b2689ab","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-20-1017","next":"us-id/idaho-code-21-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
