{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-22-3318","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 22-3318","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both.
