{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-22-618","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 22-618","heading":"Violations.","body":"It is unlawful for any person to:\n(1) Distribute a misbranded fertilizer;\n(2) Fail, refuse or neglect to place upon or attach to each container of distributed fertilizer a label containing the information required by this chapter;\n(3) Fail, refuse or neglect to deliver to a purchaser of bulk fertilizer a statement containing the information required by this chapter;\n(4) Distribute a fertilizer which has not been registered with the department;\n(5) Distribute a fertilizer containing viable seeds unless serving a desirable purpose and appropriately labeled;\n(6) Distribute an adulterated fertilizer;\n(7) Distribute a fertilizer weighing less than that which it is purported to weigh;\n(8) Distribute a fertilizer different from the guaranteed analysis purported on the label; or\n(9) Fail or refuse to provide, keep or maintain records and information as required by this chapter.","path":["TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE","CHAPTER 6 COMMERCIAL FERTILIZERS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title22/t22ch6/sect22-618/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:17:32Z","sha256":"37269c8c2695c317487f7d5e7f56b6f5d9749befa3e5c1067bb07f4c51a3f49b","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-22-617","next":"us-id/idaho-code-22-619"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
