{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-23-1014","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 23-1014","heading":"License fees.","body":"Every person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall pay to the state of Idaho an annual license fee according to the following schedule:\n(1) Brewer annually producing\n(a) Under 10,000 gallons $ 50.00\n(b) 10,000 to 100,000 gallons $100.00\n(c) 100,000 to 930,000 gallons $200.00\n(d) 930,000 gallons or more $500.00\nA like amount shall be paid for each separate brewery operated by the licensee.\n(2) Wholesaler\n(a) For each separate warehouse used for the purpose of wholesaling or dispensing beer $300.00\n(3) Dealer $100.00\n(4) Retailer\n(a) For each store from which beer is retailed $ 50.00\n(b) For each store from which a licensed retailer sells keg beer for consumption off premises $ 20.00\nNothing in this chapter shall be so construed to prohibit municipalities or counties from licensing and regulating places of business where beer is sold to the consumer.","path":["TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES","CHAPTER 10 BEER"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title23/t23ch10/sect23-1014/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:17:47Z","sha256":"7f937d7f79eca416a7135ad39a8c7587e4594ed5c7daed9e04a7746f5a28b584","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-23-1013","next":"us-id/idaho-code-23-1015"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
