{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-25-1734","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 25-1734","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any person who shall violate any provision or requirement of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $1,000, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any person operates or conducts a public livestock market in the state without a charter as prescribed in this act shall be considered a separate offense.
