{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-25-2502","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 25-2502","heading":"Officers — Meetings — Expenses.","body":"(1) The board shall annually elect a chairman, a vice-chairman and a secretary-treasurer from among its members.
