The first commission members shall be appointed by the governor, and their terms shall terminate as follows:\n(1) District I, IV \u0026 VII on July 1, 1970;\n(2) District II, V \u0026 VIII on July 1, 1971;\n(3) District III, VI \u0026 IX on July 1, 1972.\nAll other commission members shall be elected as provided in section 25-3107 and their respective terms shall end on July first of each third year thereafter.\nAny vacancies that occur on the commission shall be filled by appointment by the other members of the commission, and such appointee shall hold office for the remainder of the term for which he is appointed.","path":["TITLE 25 ANIMALS","CHAPTER 31 DAIRY PRODUCTS — MARKETING"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title25/t25ch31/sect25-3106/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:17:56Z","sha256":"c72398623270b705ee947b0923759019b2184ff42861e5082a896c823aa9ae77","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-25-3105","next":"us-id/idaho-code-25-3107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
