The director may establish a compliance schedule for facilities as part of the permit conditions including:\n(a) Specific steps or actions to be taken by the permittee to achieve compliance with applicable requirements or permit conditions; and\n(b) Dates by which those steps or actions are to be taken.\n(2) Monitoring requirements. Any facility may be subject to monitoring requirements including, but not limited to, the following:\n(a) The type, installation, use and maintenance of monitoring equipment;\n(b) Monitoring or sampling methodology, frequency and locations;\n(c) Monitored substances or parameters;\n(d) Testing and analytical procedures; and\n(e) Reporting requirements including both frequency and form.","path":["TITLE 25 ANIMALS","CHAPTER 40 POULTRY ENVIRONMENTAL ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title25/t25ch40/sect25-4009/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:17:59Z","sha256":"ea3622adc15c3ca909663783adafdd6a4ee0938236eb937b4a0a8a340c99cfb8","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-25-4008","next":"us-id/idaho-code-25-4010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
