{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-26-2121c","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 26-2121C","heading":"SUSPENSION OF MEMBERS OF the BOARD OR SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE BY BOARD — FOR CAUSE.","body":"(1) The board may, for cause, suspend a member of the board or a member of the supervisory committee until a special membership meeting, called for that purpose, is held. The membership meeting must be held within ninety (90) days after the suspension.
