{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-28-12-104","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 28-12-104","heading":"Leases subject to other law.","body":"(1) A lease, although subject to this chapter, is also subject to any applicable:\n(a) Certificate of title statute of this state; or\n(b) Certificate of title statute of another jurisdiction (section 28-12-105); or\n(c) Provision of the Idaho credit code.\n(2) In case of conflict between this chapter, other than sections 28-12-105, 28-12-304(3), and 28-12-305(3), and a statute or decision referred to in subsection (1) of this section, the statute controls.\n(3) Failure to comply with an applicable law has only the effect specified therein.","path":["TITLE 28 COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS","CHAPTER 12 UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE — LEASES","PART 1.
