{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-30-21-209","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 30-21-209","heading":"SIGNING OF ENTITY FILING.","body":"(a) Signing an entity filing is an affirmation under the penalties of perjury that the facts stated in the filing are true in all material respects.\n(b) A record filed under this act may be signed by an agent.
