{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-30-21-809","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 30-21-809","heading":"CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE.","body":"(a) A person who discontinues use of an assumed business name may cancel its certificate of assumed business name by filing with the secretary of state a certificate of cancellation in a form prescribed by the secretary of state.
