{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-110","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 30-22-110","heading":"conflict of laws and EXCLUDED TRANSACTIONS.","body":"(a) In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of the following laws, the following laws shall control:\n(1) The Idaho bank act, as defined in section 26-101, Idaho Code;\n(2) The Idaho credit union act, chapter 21, title 26, Idaho Code;\n(3) Chapters 28, 32, 34, 38 and 48, title 41, Idaho Code;\n(4) The business and industrial development corporation act, chapter 27, title 26, Idaho Code.\n(b) This chapter may not be used to effect a transaction that results in a domestic entity of a type that cannot be formed by the filing of a public organic record with the secretary of state, except for a general partnership and an unincorporated nonprofit association.","path":["TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS","CHAPTER 22 ENTITY TRANSACTIONS","PART 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title30/t30ch22/sect30-22-110/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:18:34Z","sha256":"0b99207af17116a03d96dc50a7beb4e5c0122eb93b995d318a74ef481019e426","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-109","next":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
