{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-201","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 30-22-201","heading":"MERGER AUTHORIZED.","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, by complying with this part:\n(1) One (1) or more domestic entities may merge with one (1) or more domestic or foreign entities into a domestic or foreign surviving entity; and\n(2) Two (2) or more foreign entities may merge into a domestic entity.\n(b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, by complying with the provisions of this part applicable to foreign entities, a foreign entity may be a party to a merger under this part or may be the surviving entity in such a merger if the merger is authorized by the law of the foreign entity’s jurisdiction of formation.","path":["TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS","CHAPTER 22 ENTITY TRANSACTIONS","PART 2 MERGER"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title30/t30ch22/sect30-22-201/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:18:34Z","sha256":"4000e2ea496641dfa75478b4bda9429340bbcbf65e8562d6bb68406f3c468cb9","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-110","next":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
