{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-502","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 30-22-502","heading":"PLAN OF DOMESTICATION.","body":"(a) A domestic entity may become a foreign entity in a domestication by approving a plan of domestication. The plan must be in a record and contain:\n(1) The name and type of entity of the domesticating entity;\n(2) The name and jurisdiction of formation of the domesticated entity;\n(3) The manner of converting the interests in the domesticating entity into interests, securities, obligations, money, other property, rights to acquire interests or securities, or any combination of the foregoing;\n(4) The proposed public organic record of the domesticated entity if it is a filing entity;\n(5) The full text of the private organic rules of the domesticated entity that are proposed to be in a record;\n(6) The other terms and conditions of the domestication; and\n(7) Any other provision required by the law of this state or the organic rules of the domesticating entity.\n(b) In addition to the requirements of subsection (a) of this section, a plan of domestication may contain any other provision not prohibited by law.","path":["TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS","CHAPTER 22 ENTITY TRANSACTIONS","PART 5 DOMESTICATION"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title30/t30ch22/sect30-22-502/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:18:34Z","sha256":"1d8cd87dd9edd1b9a45073625b49d8ad7c1a94af025fed2af84adb124967ac99","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-501","next":"us-id/idaho-code-30-22-503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
