{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-30-25-603","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 30-25-603","heading":"EFFECT OF DISSOCIATION.","body":"(a) If a person is dissociated as a member:\n(1) The person’s right to participate as a member in the management and conduct of the limited liability company’s activities and affairs terminates;\n(2) The person’s duties and obligations under section 30-25-409, Idaho Code, as a member end with regard to matters arising and events occurring after the person’s dissociation; and\n(3) Subject to section 30-25-504, Idaho Code, and chapter 22, title 30, Idaho Code, any transferable interest owned by the person in the person’s capacity as a member immediately before dissociation is owned by the person solely as a transferee.\n(b) A person’s dissociation as a member does not of itself discharge the person from any debt, obligation, or other liability to the limited liability company or the other members which the person incurred while a member.","path":["TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS","CHAPTER 25 LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES","PART 6 DISSOCIATION"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title30/t30ch25/sect30-25-603/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:18:38Z","sha256":"b0a34d4542e8cbbf803207c02cec166d2c5b58a0c3d31e287f7db6bad1418a35","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-30-25-602","next":"us-id/idaho-code-30-25-701"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
