{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-30-30-616","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 30-30-616","heading":"Quorum and voting.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in this act, the articles or bylaws, a quorum of a board of directors consists of a majority of the directors in office immediately before a meeting begins.
