{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-31-4121","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 31-4121","heading":"Alteration and annexation of translator district boundaries — Procedure.","body":"The boundaries of a translator district created by authority of this act may be altered and outlying areas be annexed from territory contiguous to the district in the following manner:\n(1) A petition shall be signed by resident real property owners within the proposed area, equal in number to not less than sixty percent (60%), within the area to be annexed;\n(2) The petition shall designate the boundaries of the contiguous area to be annexed and ask that it be annexed to the existing translator district;\n(3) The petition shall be transmitted to the clerk and recorder and the hearing and notice thereof shall be the same as provided by sections 31-4106 through 31-4108, Idaho Code;\n(4) After the hearing, the board of county commissioners shall adopt a resolution either annexing the area to the existing television district or denying the petition.","path":["TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW","CHAPTER 41 TELEVISION TRANSLATOR STATIONS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title31/t31ch41/sect31-4121/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:18:57Z","sha256":"865f7ceee74a36a57b0975c6b8399ea67f3ee83712a0e34f79c62f29829ba664","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-31-4120","next":"us-id/idaho-code-31-4201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
