{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-31-4304a","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 31-4304A","heading":"Creation of a planned unit development recreation district.","body":"A recreation district may be created by a planned unit development created pursuant to section 67-6515, Idaho Code, applicable to the boundaries of the planned unit development as created by county permit pursuant to the following special terms and provisions:\n(a) A \"qualified elector\" as defined in section 31-4303, Idaho Code, shall include a person owning real property in the proposed district.\n(b) Upon receipt of a petition signed by sixty percent (60%) of the qualified electors in a planned unit development to form a recreation district, the board of county commissioners shall issue an order so finding a district has been formed as if an election had been held pursuant to section 31-4304, Idaho Code.\n(c) The provisions of subsections (f) and (g) of section 31-4304, Idaho Code, shall apply to initial appointment of a board of directors for a district organized pursuant to this section.
